Each workshop will end with a 50-minute small group Practice Session (8-10 participants) guided by a Practice Facilitator, a licensed psychotherapist trained in somatic therapy. Throughout the whole training you will meet with the same group (and the same Practice Facilitator), having the opportunity to create relationships with like-minded professionals.

Practice Circles are an experiential component of our training, designed to foster a collaborative learning environment where participants can engage in practical skill development through interactive exercises. These sessions offer a unique opportunity for peer feedback and reflection, allowing participants to refine their techniques in a supportive and confidential setting. Through these sessions we aim to facilitate an experience of community, hands-on practice, and the safe exchange of ideas, ensuring a holistic learning experience for mental health professionals.

Case consultation sessions are designed to support you even after the training ends. In January, February and March 2025 we will meet three times with various teachers (each session will last for 2 hours).  Before each session you will be able to submit your questions and client cases for personalized feedback and guidance. Through these sessions, our teachers will assist you in implementing their proven approach in real-world scenarios, offering valuable insights into your clients’ individual circumstances.
